The Ekhorn location really made this experience. We were rear ended in Florida (of course) and our Honda Odyssey's liftgate and bumpers were inoperable. The vehicle looks great. The only complaint is the length of time it took for the new liftgate to arrive but that was Honda's problem not Gerber's. Should out to Jennifer for keeping us informed

Customer service here is excellent! And the repairs were flawless. This team did a great job of correcting what the deer did to the vehicle. Great communication and time for repair was reasonable. While one wants to avoid having to go to such a facility, if necessary Gerber will be the place to go. And their collaboration between insurance and car rental agencies was great!
