Dropped car off July 27 2025 at Gerber collision in Easton for rear collision repair from truck hitting us, Gerber did a depth estimate and found more damage when disassemble. Gave me updates everyday on progress of car. The estimate was more than the insurance company adjuster have but the other person insurance paid 100% of the damages. This is the second time I used Gerber collision they do one heck of a job and you will get your car back all detailed. Job took a little longer than expected. Would recommend them to anybody.

Great service, great communication. There was a hiccup in which one part needed for my repair were on backorder for months (related to a backup with the suppliers and completely unrelated to Gerber and a situation out of their control). Throughout the whole process, Gerber collision gave me regular biweekly updates on the status of my repair and responded to all my calls and questions in a prompt manner. They were also flexible with my request to pull the car out while waiting for the last part to arrive and they dealt with my frustration (what should've taken 1wk ended up dragging out for 1.5 months) with grace and professionalism. They did an excellent repair and my car looked like new when the job was completed. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends. They also made getting a rental easy as the local enterprise drops off ... and picks up cars at their shop. read more
