Great service by Darryl H. Estimator and Kim, Front Desk. Car was finished in 2 days and looked perfect. They handled calling Enterprise to pick me up and left rental care with Kim and she took care of Enterprise again. I did not meet the people that repaired my car, but let them know I am completely satisfied. Great service and great work, Thank you.

Amazing service from the team at 2360 Downers Grove. Michelle, Scott, and the front desk were superb. They navigated a "rock and a hard place" situation (truthfully, an un-winnable situation from a service perspective) in global delays of part production from Hyundai with humility and class. They never lead me on and provided honest timelines, for when I could feasible get my vehicle back. I was never surprised when, of course, a vendor couldn't make good on a promise of delivery of the very specific part that was needed to fix my Palisade. Shout out to the whole crew there, top notch professionals across the board. Thank you all.

The customer services reps Pam and Kim fielding the phone calls and scheduling appointments are caring, informative and efficient. Wendy the Adjuster did a super job of getting my car estimated and then in quickly for repairs. Then she followed up regularly with me on the progress being made. Wendy and the team at the front desk made the my repair experience pain free. Every step of the process was explained clearly and I was updated regularly. Wendy went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of at a time when I felt vulnerable. The repairs looked fantastic and I can say without hesitation the the inside was looked 10 times better then how I left it.

Great job on making my vehicle look brand new after having hit a deer in Minnesota. Looks brand new. All resulting electrical/mechanical issues were repaired as well. Very attentive, communicating details of progress periodically with me. Highly recommended!

I had an auto accident with a Progressive person covered by Progressive Ins. Company (It was finally determined that the Progressive insured was totally at fault.) I brought my 2007 :Lexis IS 250 to Gerber Collision and Glass in Downers Grove, IL. My estimator was Jim C. It was a difficult color to match, but Jim assured me they would match the paint. I brought the car in on October 8, 2021 and they had a rental car waiting for me. During the time it was in the shop Jim kept me posted every step of the way of their progress. I also had some scratches and bumps taken care of at my expense as well. The car was ready within 2 weeks, and I picked it up a week later .
