Great service from Trish at the front desk, Tonya the estimator who was readily available to provide her professional knowledge about a quick estimate for repairs and Lance the general manager jumped in to ensure the complete inspection of damages would available soon. The team was expeditious to determine the damages and the communication with Trish was outstanding. Super helpful, honest and the ease to contact them made a difficult time less stressful. We were in a car accident the day before and the hood was all smashed and starting to separate. We were in a rental and to make matters worse we were almost 11 hours away from home. To insure our rental was safe enough to drive back home we decided to stop by this collision shop to ask an expert if they would recommend. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They wrapped our hood with a body wrap for cars to secure the front and to keep any wind from being able to get underneath it and cause more damage and most importantly they did it free of charge. My family and I were very appreciative of the kind gesture. That type of generosity is rare these days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with the need of a body shop.
