I am throughly pleased with Gerber! Staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Darcy, was a pleasure to work with. She was clear, prompt, and warm hearted. I can't say enough good things about Justice Rich. She is a superb example of not only a GREAT employee but human being!! Justice has an amazing attitude towards life and her job. These qualities are essential for customer service. Thank you both for reminding me that there is quality customer service from real life happy human beings! You have a forever customer in me, and I will always refer my friends and family to Gerber on Sante Fe!! Keep smiling!

Darci who greeted me and started the work orders and Justice who coordinated the repairs were highly professional and always available to answer questions and ensure that the work was done correctly and on time. My Tacoma looks brand new, especially after the shop detailed both the outside, interior, and engine compartment. Justice accomodated one special request which did not change the cost, but made the truck, in my opinion look much better. They handled the insurance company quickly to make the turn around as short as possible. I would highly recommend this facility in the future and would take my truck back in the future, which I hope doesn't happen, but if it did I would return to Gerber. Please extend my thanks to both of these great employees, they deserve many kudos for the work they did. Thank you.

I had a great experience, the place was close to my house, the repairs were done within the time frame talked about and I was contacted several times from customer service to be updated on progress. I also had a great experience speaking with Justice, who helped me so much with my stereo that needed replacing. She was so amazing and helpful! Thank you, I will remember your place, I need more work done that hasn't been taken care of yet ;o)

My car was in a wreck and Darcy and Dave made sure I was taken care of. I picked it up and it was pulling to one side and I called them back, they put me into a rental at no charge, adjusted things, and I was on my way again. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I know where to go.

Very professional and easy to work with. I simply got an estimate and Gerber took care of the rest. I just had to call the insurance company to tell them who I was using and they took care of the rental car set up and paper work. They were friendly and the office was very clean and comfortable for the few minutes i had to wait. My car looks great. It was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Would recommend this shop!

I would certainly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs auto collision and/or auto glass repair. They had my car ready a day earlier than promised and always treated me with courtesy. Kudos!!

I have been completely satisfied with the service from Gerber. Paul Dico handled my claim against Safeco Ins, and got my car in even though they were packed. We were able to continue our road trip with no problems, thanks to him. I would use Gerber again, if the need arose.
