I received service "well beyond the call of duty." First of all, the front desk agent, Christine was kind, efficient, and very considerate. The gentleman who did the estimate to repair bumper damage from a road-side assistance tow truck , also was attentive to an unrelated problem I mentioned to him: water collecting in the trunk. I asked if, while they were repairing the bumper they might try to figure out the cause of the water leakage. Well, not only did they repair the bumper beautifully, but they found the cause of the leakage. It seems a previous repair job done by another auto-body shop had left some seams unsealed. So, they sealed the faulty seams and didn't even charge me for it. I guess they took pity on a lady who had been an unwitting "victim" of shoddy work done at another shop.
