After the accident (no fault of mine), Justice walked me through the process and calmed me down, answering all my questions. While the shop was very busy, she made me feel like I had all her attention and she cared about my business. What a wonderful service person!!!

Justice is a real jewel, hang on to her. With all the storms we have had how she and Dana keep up and do it with a smile is beyond me. They never acted too busy to answer our questions even though we knew they were swamped. The work on the vehicle was so well done we are going to return for a little additional work we had not requested before. Great people. Great service. Great job.

WOW WOW1!! My car is back and in unbelievable shape thanks to Gerber Collision.! Everything about this shop is really top notch, especially the customer service/estimator Justice. She keeps in touch all the time and somehow manages to get it all done in less time than originally promised, Keep it up Gerber. AWESOME!!!

My love of Gerber started a couple of years ago when I met Justis who did such a great job of estimating. This time around it was Jeff and Dana who took excellent care. Jake and the rest of his staff provide the best customer service and auto body repair in town. This is the second time I've had my vehicle repaired at this location and each time they have done an excellent job. All of the employees are friendly and I love that they call with weekly updates on my vehicle repair progress. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.
