Hi Dezirae, I would like to tell you how well one of your employees did to help me repair my damaged truck. I'm John Ebert and I had a Red Dodge Dakota that was hit by a Porsche. Your repair process manager Jake Schuman was excellant and took great care of me and my truck. When I arrived he examined the truck with me and pointed out what needed to happen to repair the truck. He asked me about how I did with the accident and I told him that my baby girl was in the back seat and that she was ok after the accident. I also told him that I was unemployed too. After that he contacted me every several days to give me update on progress of fixing the truck and also always asked me how I was doing and how the job search was going too. He explained how putting used, re-build parts was cheaper that brand new parts, they would be examined and ... re-painted and used. He also re-used the interior parts at my request. He worked with me very well and contacted my insurance company a great deal of time to get approvals to fix truck. He also followed up quite extensively when Cherry Creek Dodge discovered additional damage to the steering pieces of the truck. We had trouble getting my insurance company representative to respond, so he called the company itself to get permission to fix the newly discover damages. When I picked up the truck he told me how Gerber could fix the other scratches and dents in my truck, not gotten in the accident, at a later time. He always asked me how I was doing since I was unemployeed and how my baby is doing after the accident. That means he really cares about his customers. Which a great many companies don't. After I picked it up, I noticed that one of your painter got paint on my truck seat, I returned and showed Jake and he quickly fixed it. He works hard to get damaged fixed quickly for your customers. His communications skills are excellent and he listens very well to what customers say. He also knows the industry very well and all the costs and availability of used and new parts for repair. His universal knowledge, communication, program management and insurance industry knowledge, makes him a primary candidate for promotion. I would highly suggestion that you send this email to your supervisors and senior directors of your company. They need to know when an excellent employees exists. That way he could continue to add greatness to your company as a leader and supervisor too. He could also train other employees in customer skills. From estimate to updates during the repair to delivery of a full restored vehicle, Gerber employees from reception to estimating to parts to shop management were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The vehicle, a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, was repaired to full factory specifications. Today I performed an one hour inspection of the vehicle before taking it back. NICE JOB.

The people are prompt, kind and patient! My car looks brand new, they detailed the inside of my car which was disguisting, and bnow the interior looks brand new - hopefully do not need to go back, however if I never need poby work again will go here for sure.

Dear Sir: I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the excellent customer service that you all extended to me during the time that my vehicle was at your facility. Deziree was so kind and attentive to my logical concern with regard to the amount of damage to the car and the potential for there to be a bad outcome. She emailed me almost every day to keep me abreast of what was going on. She was always kind and informative, and I never had to wonder where things were at. Then, to top it off, I am a health care provider and was unable to get to the shop to pick up the car, so she had a couple of your men drive the car to my office and hand deliver it to my. Who could ask for more? If each merchant was a willing to go the extra mile as she was, there would be much less feuding, I suspect.

I just got my daughter’s car fixed at Pearl Auto Body at 2228 S Colorado Blvd., Denver CO 80222. I tried to provide feedback on Gerber’s website but the Pearl Autobody location is not listed to provide feedback. We have used Pearl in the past and I am always impressed by the great work the shop provides. This time around Jake Schuman could not have done a better job. He kept me informed on the progress on the repair, he is so professional in dealing with clients ,has great communication skills and friendly attitude. Car repair was completed on time, work was done as promised. Car looks great and looks shiny and clean. A great experience under the circumstances.
