I wish to comment on the wonderful care we were given recently through your S Colorado store. Our liaison, Justina, was very thorough with her communication, keeping us up to date as the process progressed. I was pleased with the e-mail updates, as well as our phone conversations. While the customer service is important, more important is the actual repair done to my vehicle. The work appears to have been done very well, and I am very pleased with the results. While I hope to never need your services again, I would recommend you to anyone who does.

Working with Jake at the 2228 Colorado location was refreshing. During my initial call, he walked me through the advantages of Gerber, and I will say that Gerber delivered on everything that he promised, going above and beyond the standards of most collision and repair shops. The bodywork was done quickly and correctly; the brake work, which had to be done at another shop, was also completed in a timely manner; and during this process, Jake and Justice communicated with me at every completion point. Furthermore, he arranged for Gerber to cover my rental for an additional seven days, which was not necessary. Wow...... Doesn't even start to describe the amazing service I've gotten from Jake. I'm a repeat customer for a reason. This last visit was a second repair on my van and he made sure my jeep was perfect when it was here several months ago. I refer Gerber as often as possible. Jake was great through the whole process with all three of my repairs.

I had brought my vehicle in for some repairs, Justice Rich was our estimator. She was professional, honest and quick. She made sure every ding and dent was highlighted. She also coordinated a rental vehicle to cover the days that my vehicle was in the shop. Unfortunately the Colorado Blvd. location couldn't fit my vehicle in the schedule as soon as they had hoped, so Justice called me immediately and gave me options: 1. I could come and get my vehicle back and bring it back at a later time 2. I could stay in a rental an extra two days 3. they could have my vehicle transported to the Santa Fe location and start repairs that afternoon. After my vehicle was all repaired, it was transported back to the Colorado Blvd location where Justice was waiting for me. Together we went over the vehicle in detail. "Jake was great! I was rear ended in a hit and run the day before leaving for a month long road trip. They got me in the next morning before we left and let me pick any day when I returned to drop my car. There was additional damage that I found after the estimate and Jake knew right away it was related to the accident and updated the estimate accordingly. They had the direct billing with State Farm set up before I even dropped the car! I loved the frequent text message updates, especially the one that said "Your Subaru is ready to come home!". I'd absolutely recommend them to a friend!"

I just had my Jeep repaired, and it was a great experience. I worked with Justice, and from the minute I walked in, she was so friendly and helpful, and I will absolutely be recommending both her and Gerber for any auto body work that my friends/family may need. Getting one's vehicle repaired can be such a tedious process, but it ended up being quite pleasant! I was kept updated, and all of my expectations were not only met but exceeded. I hope I don't need auto body repair in the future, but if so, I will most certainly be back! Thank you, Justice and the whole Gerber team. Much appreciated.

Wonderful service at Gerber. Justice was very helpful with all my repairs, the whole team was communicative and thorough. I appreciated the speed with which they fixed a hiccup in the repair process and billed me at the same rate they quoted. Also nice to have a detail service as well. I will definitely take my car back if I need any more work done.

He never over promised delivery and always communicated honestly. I liked the text messages although it was redundant at times.
