I was recently involved in an accident and my vehicle was towed to Gerber Collision, Deland, Fl. I promptly received a call from their employee, George B, informing me he did in fact have my vehicle, He patiently explained the next process, and gave me directions to the shop. Upon my arrival, George was already doing preliminary work on my car. He was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, genuine, outwardly trustworthy, and put me immediately at ease during this difficult time. George is an asset to Gerber Collision, and I feel he went above and beyond. That would also include the gal behind the desk, who offered me a Kleenex upon learning my vehicle was a total loss. This multi-bay shop was impressive, organized, clean, and very professional.

I brought my car to Gerber on Monday morning and had it back Tuesday afternoon. George took care of me and he did a fantastic job. One of the most wonderful event occurred when my bill had been substantially lowered by George because of a charge being removed. I was so relieved especially since I was paying out of pocket. I will surely recommend Gerber to all my friends. Gerber was recommended to by by an owner of a fleet of taxis. Too bad I cannot add more stars.

I can not stress enough how satisfied I was with my experience at Gerber. It was difficult being without my vehicle but Tom was wonderful in keeping in touch and updating me as to how the repairs were going. Receiving this type of customer service was very much appreciated. Most times customers are told we will call you and it never happens. Tom always called when he said he would and even followed up with emails. His professionalism (and all the employees I meet) at Gerber was wonderful. Hope I never need you guys again but I would never even consider taking my vehicle anywhere else.

Thank you for working so quickly in getting my car fixed so that we could get home. George's good work was mentioned when my mechanic in N.Y. worked on my car to its completion. Thank you George for expediting. It was a very upsetting experience.

We brought my daughter's Corolla in to be repaired after it had been hit in her school's parking lot. Tom S. was the estimator who assisted us. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. They all exceeded our expectations as to quality, value, and expediency ; and all of that with a fair price. Customer service by everyone we encountered was impeccable. We will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

The entire staff at this office was friendly and helpful. Tom S. was totally awesome! I was rear ended and it was the other persons insurance company that paid for everything. Tom was helpful, courteous, and very down to earth. Everything was taken care of for me including leaving the rental car. And he went out of his way to let me know that my car, while older is obviously well taken care of and in excellent shape. This shop and these people made a horrible experience so much better and I would and already have highly recommended them.
