My car was rear-ended, and the person who hit me had GEICO insurance. GEICO referred me to Gerber. Being my first accident, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was nervous that I would not receive the red carpet service because it wasn't my insurance handling the claim. I had nothing to worry about! From the moment I was greeted by Kelly to the time I did the final inspection with George, I received first-class service and felt like my convenience and satisfaction were the most important factors. The work itself was perfect; my car looked just like it did before the accident. I was very pleased with George and the entire team at Gerber, and I would definitely recommend the company to anyone who needs such service.

I hope I never get into another accident ever again, but if I had to I would bring my car back here and request to work with him again. The shop took great care of my car and it looks incredible. Outstanding service! Tom was an excellent representative for Gerber as he was ready and willing to assist me with an estimate and recommendations. I had minor damage and Tom was able to get me in the very next day, provided transportation between my home and Gerber and kept me up to date on the status of my repairs. The cost of repairs was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Gerber to others.

The service was fast with no problems. Tom took care of all my paperwork and everything he told me was TRUE ( I am finding it harder and harder to find honest service people anymore). My car was ready before I was back from vacation (I left to to be fixed while I was gone) and when I got back I found a voice mail from Tom letting me know that it was ready to be picked up. The job they did is amazing. I can't even tell where the damage was and I was the one driving when I was hit so I know right where I should find evidence of the wreck. But I can't. Great job to the shop and paint guys who did the work!!!
