Everyone at Gerber was so kind and helpful in repairing my 93 year old mother's car in record time. Tom understood my time restraints and worked hard to accommodate me and give my mom peace of mind in knowing that everything was taken care of. The service rendered by all was outstanding. Our estimator, Tom S., was very professional and so very helpful-- he seemed to really care about us. The quality of work appears to be outstanding as well. From our first visit to when we picked up our Nissan we were treated very well and whenever I called the receptionist/cashier she was so pleasant and professional as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber in the future.

I am very pleased to say that Tom provided exemplary customer service. Being involved in an auto accident is always very stressful especially with your car dealership and insurance company. However, Tom immediately offered his expertise as the liasion between USAA and myself. He had a very friendly demeanor and kept us up to date with the entire process.
