The entire experience was seamless! They called enterprise to come pick me up and when they didn't arrive quickly they called back to ensure they were on their way. My car was fixed and looks fantastic. Alecia called me and I picked up my car and dropped off my rental car at the Gerber location. Usually car repairs are such a headache but this was too easy! The work was done promptly. I was able to schedule the repair at a convenient time. Once the paperwork was completed the repair began. This is the third or fourth time that I have used this Gerber location and have been pleased with all the repairs.
