Excellent service! Robert kept me informed every step of the way. My car was returned to me clean and ready to go. The girls in the front office were kind and accommodating. I am absolutely 100% satisfied with my service with the team at Gerber collision! They were excellent on every level. The repairs on my 2009 Milan were outstanding! Not only that but , i had no way to make it to the shop to pick up my vehicle , so they made Arrangements to pick me up from my home an brought me to my car! I was very greatful! I had a wonderful experience with Gerber. Even thought Meemic's estimate system went down for a while, it was a very quick process once the estimate was finalized. Customer service was top notch, and it was apparent that the employees care about what they do.
