This shop is by far the most honest collision center. I have had three cars in this shop. Two of the repairs were small scratches from door dings on new cars. Not only did they repair these scratches, they did not charge me for the repairs because they were buffed out while I waited. I was willing to pay hundreds of dollars but these people were very honest and were more worried about customer satisfaction. If you need a collision shop try these guys I guarantee you will not be disappointed or treated unfairly.

Exceptional service. The work done was more than I expected. The repair team went over and above by repairing and replacing items not related to the collision. Special thanks to Estimator Mark Wa. for his part in explaining work to be done and keeping posted on progress. I will recommend Gerber Collision.

I picked up my car yesterday, and it was ready a week ahead of schedule! It looks great. You would never know the car was in an accident! Gerber is super easy to work with. They worked so well with my insurance company and the car rental company. EVERYTHING was seamless and worked out great. The text updates were great! I also appreciated Joe calling me with updates. Kat in the office was a huge help as well. Thank you all for making this as painless as possible!
