Dawn and Joe at the Crystal Lake location were absolutely wonderful. I am just "wowed" at the level of professionalism, thoroughness, and customer service they provided me. They provided me with a quote on the spot, and when it came time to fixing the damage to my door, they got in done in half of the time. They kept me posted on status updates along the way as well. We have used Gerber's service 3 times now and have always been fully satisfied. They do excellent work, are honest, polite and friendly. They communicate well and let us know if there will be any delay - usually due to parts not arriving on time. They are on the State Farm preferred list. I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer recently, and just picked my car up today. Joe worked with me and was great. Dawn, the receptionist is very friendly and efficient. My husband and I have every confidence in this group.
