I was driving home and has rolled by passenger window down. When I went to roll it up it would not roll up for me. I turned into Gerber Collision. I asked the pleasant woman at the desk if they could look at it for me. To much of my surprise she said yes and a man asked for my key. About 15 minutes later the man came in and I hesitantly asked what was wrong. He said it was the window motor and explained to me what had happened. There was no cost. I appreciate their diligence, generosity, and how much they care about people. Thank you so much!!!!

My car was in this shop for 5 months. As stressing as this was, I couldn't have picked a better place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, Jeremy would call and give me weekly to biweekly updates on the status. He was so nice and understanding of our situation. Gerber has a lifetime warranty on their work and has now made a lifetime customer. We are so happy with their work! You can't go wrong with this body shop!!

My wife and I came in Friday for an estimate on our front bumper cover damage. The adjuster (so sorry can't remember his name) looked at the car and asked if he could bring the car in back on there lift to get a better view. About 15ish minutes later he came back to us and asked if we'd like to see our car. Much to our surprise our car was repaired perfectly. You'd never known it was ever damaged. We were amazed. Gerber has a customer for life. The whole staff was so very friendly and honest. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I dealt with Chris from start to finish and could not have been happier. He was very courteous and professional all the way. Everything went as he said it would. In fact, it was ready for pickup a little sooner that I had expected. The body work could not have been done better and the car was returned to me very clean inside & outside which I did not expect.
