We ran into a number of odd circumstances related to what appeared to be a minor repair. When issues came up, Ryan was on top of the issues, chased down the source of the problems, organized a car for me and kept me in the loop. I was SO pleased with my experience with true2form. I knew my car was in good hands as soon as i dropped it off. Dan was very helpful and accomadating to my wants and needs. When i picked my car up not only was the damage repaired but my car was cleaned inside and out! it was a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely recommend true2form to my friends and family and will also go back myself if for some reason i ever need to!'

I wanted to take a moment to compliment the people at your Columbus, Oh Cleveland Ave. location. Jennifer on the front desk has always been cheer full sounding on the phone. Dan always kept me up to date and any issues he was always on top of them with giving me updates. John the manager is a very personable person. He took time out of his busy day to help me out and has great stories also. In summary I feel these three people are a shining example of what good, courteous and helpful staff should be all about. They are keepers.
