I would highly recommend Gerber. I was hit by a deer and my front end needed replaced. They were able to the schedule they gave me.. They kept me informed the entire time as to what was going on. They did a great job repairing my vehicle.

Gerber was fantastic. They updated me at least twice a week via email and voice mail. They handled taking my car back to the location it started at, which was more convenient to me (taken to a different location so it could be done faster). Every single person was nice, patient and complete customer service focused. Took their time, did not talk down to me, went out their way to inform, help, etc.

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the great job they did. The emails on the status of the repiar were timely and helpful. I had to call in for something, and they were very prompt in answering my questions. I received a call informing me that the repairs were done, but they needed to detail the vehicle, and they would call back letting me know when I could pick it up. I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle and discovered they detailed it inside and out. I did not expect the inside to be detailed. It almost looks as good as when I first bought it! I will definitely use them again, though I hope I don't have to. :)
