The customer service i received from Gerber was amazing. I was kept up-to-date every step of the way. I even got pictures emailed to me a few times! The repairs were completed about 5 days early, which was awesome to have my car back sooner then expected. The car looks great and they even fully detailed the interior. I worked with Tim who kept me informed on every detail, he was a pleasure to work with and always had the answer to any question! I cannot express how absolutely amazing Gerber Collision & Glass was!! My vehicle needed to be serviced after it was involved in an automobile accident (someone not paying attention ended up rear-ending my SUV...go figure!), and we chose to have it serviced by Gerber. My car looks better than it did when I first purchased it. The auto body repair was phenomenal, and the work they did to detail the inside of the car made my vehicle look better than new. I literally squealed when I saw how immaculate everything was. I cannot thank the team here enough for the care and professionalism that was demonstrated during this entire experience.
