Gerber gets 5 stars because they are professional, friendly and do great work! Earl is so personable and he sure knows his stuff! He worked quickly to get my estimate completed and he pretty much nailed it on what had to be done to my car. Gerber kept me updated every step of the way to get my car back to me. They even coordinated with the insurance and rental car companies for me! Monique in the office is super! She does her job professionally and with great interest in your car! Great company - don't be afraid to use and trust them. I know I will if I happen to need more work on my car!

I am very impressed with this location which has been by far the best experience I've ever had with a collision center, the people here will break their back for you to ensure you get taken care of in a fair, honest manner which I love. KUDOS to Earl & the crew!! They went above and beyond with my Wife's vehicle which had hidden damage from us but they compromised and made it stress free to make sure the job is done right. Earl, you sir are excellent at your profession and sure know how to make people feel comfortable, keep smiling and try not to work to hard but you always work hard regardless, THANK YOU!!

I cannot give enough praise to Earl B. and staff at this Gerber Collision & Glass location. Customer Service, communications, and unbelievable quality of work all come with an exceptional rating across the board. My truck was completed ahead of schedule than originally noted. Weekly Earl B., both emailed and called me, giving me an update and progress report of my repairs. Customer service across this country has so deteriorated but Gerber Collision & Glass Corporation have made it their highest priority and put their customers first during this uncomfortable time having their vehicles repaired. Keep up the great work Gerber.
