Earl B. and his staff were everything a customer could ask for and more. The customer service was phenomenal. The staffer members were friendly, displayed concern for my health as well as the cars, and communicated effectively throughout the whole process from the estimate to the final repairs. Earl and his staff were very knowledgeable and explained all the visible damage, any potential underlying damage, and then how him and his team were going to fixing it. He explained the whole process and gave me an accurate timeline for when all the damage would be repaired. In doing so, the staff went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction upon completion. For USAA members or anyone seeking out auto body repairs, Earl and the rest of the staff at Gerber would be my number recommendation. Thanks again!

Earl was absolutely incredible, made sure to put me as a customer and a person FIRST, and made every effort to make sure I was completely informed and comfortable at all time. Absolutely cannot put into words how much I appreciate everything he did for me. Jenny at the front desk was also wonderful, very friendly, wonderful sense of humour, and an always bright smile. Everyone I have dealt with here at Gerber has been awesome, just wanted to make sure Earl and Jenny got the extra recognition they deserve.

I had to take my Mustang in to have a dent taken out on the passenger front fender. I spoke with Jennifer the GM and took the car in for an estimate. They were fantastic, everything was explained with regards to what was going to be done and time frame for completion. I received updates as to the progress of the repairs which I really appreciated. I picked up the car and was very pleased with the results of the work done. I would highly recommend Jennifer and her staff if you are looking for a place to take your vehicle where taking care of the customer is a priority with excellent results.
