So...our vehicle was dropped off at this shop incorrectly and after hours on a Friday. They called me first thing Monday morning (which also happened to be a holiday) to let me know that they had our vehicle. They were so awesome and kind as I fought with insurance and the 3rd party tow company to get it picked up and taken to the correct shop. They did not have to do any of that and we really wish they would have had the ability to work on a Jaguar because we would have loved to actually work with them! Great people and we are so very grateful!

I had a hail damage repair done on my new car (it still has the temp tag on it) and I took it to Gerber. It was such an easy and pleasant process. Everyone was friendly, they got my car in (and returned to me) very quickly. They worked with my insurance and took all the hassle out of the process. The girl at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. My estimator Phillip C. was wonderful. He greeted me every time I came in, and went above and beyond to ensure my car looked like the hail never happened. My car was spotless when I got it back and they even detailed the inside! It looked better than the day I bought it. Thank you Gerber Collision. I will gladly do business with you in the future if I ever have vehicle damage again and I will refer Gerber to all my family and friends. You are the best!!
