Once again,Gerber has come thru with flying colors. The proverbial phrases "patience is a virtue" and "time is on our side" are certainly applicable in our situation. We had considerable damage to the front end of our 2012 Lexus in July. Gerber in Longmont co. was recommended once again by The Hartford Insurance company. Gerber employees Tech. Joe and Estimator Lisa P. did remarkable work. Lisa kept us informed of the progress during the whole process. While it seemed to take forever, she continually explained the problems and kept us relaxed. The final product is amazing. Great quality work. The Lexus looks new.In addition, Gerber did some repair work on My Chevy Pick Up. Another fine Job---completed in a week. Earl was absolutely incredible, made sure to put me as a customer and a person FIRST, and made every effort to make sure I was completely informed and comfortable at all time. Absolutely cannot put into words how much I appreciate everything he did for me. Jenny at the front desk was also wonderful, very friendly, wonderful sense of humour, and an always bright smile. Everyone I have dealt with here at Gerber has been awesome, just wanted to make sure Earl and Jenny got the extra recognition they deserve.
