Kim was so pleasant to work with, she is excellent at customer service. She called me twice a week to update me on the progress of my truck repair.They had a small glitch in getting in the wrong door, and she flat out told me they screwed up and it was going to take a little longer. No excuses it was their fault. She made a difficult situation go so much easier and smoother.

Hi, On my post-repair survey I gave a 5/10 on the repair of my vehicle, I'd like to change the grade to a 10/10 but there is no way to do that now that I've submitted the survey. The grade was because I noticed new damage on rear-vehicle bumper (not the bumper that was repaired) and I was concerned it had happened in the parking lot of Gerber. Since I am not 100% this is where the damage happened and I am very pleased with the service I received at Gerber on the front bumper and I wanted to go on the record to change that rating. I would not want it to effect the performance reviews of your lovely employees.

I went in for a body estimate on a repair not being covered by my insurance. Never the less, Justice and the team on Cedar treated me very nicely and professionally. I got the estimate and scheduled the repairs which only took 2 days. To my GRAND surprise they completely washed my vehicle, even the liners and vacuumed the carpet! I am very appreciative of Gerber!!

I had an awesome experience with Gerber Collision. My expectations were more than met. Nick was the estimator that took my case, he was extremely helpful and gave me a fair deal on my car repairs. A huge thank you to the auto body team that worked on my car! Thank you so much for taking car of the dents that I failed to miss upon arrival to the shop. This is the best place to bring your car for auto body repair!!!!

Gerber was SO informative and professional. They kept me up to date twice a week on the status of my vehicle. It was near being totaled and it looks BETTER than new now that they're done with it. They also completed it much sooner than originally estimated. They answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and handled everything with my insurance company. I only paid my $100 deductible.
