Unfortunately, I was hit by another hail storm that damaged a decent amount of my Subaru. Working with Gerber was easy, efficient, and quick. Kim provided stellar customer service! She would update me frequently on the progress of the repairs. Her positive attitude was infectious! My car is in mint condition now, but if it sustains any future damage I will come back to Gerber. Glad I can trust them!

Friendly, Fast, Informative, and Great Quality! From walking through the door, to the moment I left the facility, I cannot tell you how happy I have been with choosing Gerber Collision in Pueblo West as my repair center. Every party that handled my vehicle and me during the process was extremely friendly, professional,informative, and personable. I cannot begin to explain how important the customer experience is and Gerber Collision nailed it! Including the on-site GEICO adjuster and Enterprise Rental associate. As soon as I dropped my vehicle off, the on-site GEICO adjuster and shop estimator walked around my vehicle with me to fully inspect the damage from the incident as well as any existing damage. As soon as this process was complete, the vehicle immediately went back to the garage for work and I was promptly met by the rental car ... associate so I could be on my way. During the repair process I was regularly updated twice each week by the estimator that I met with initially. He always provided thorough explanations of exactly what process was taking place and giving and ETA for completion. They even let me know that I could stop in at anytime to checkout the progress for myself. Pick-up was easy. My car was ready and parked up front when I arrived. A GEICO adjuster met with me at pick-up to go over the repairs that had been made and to ensure I was satisfied with the results. Gerber Collision prepared a nice packed for me outlining repairs,included a coupon for future glass repairs, and explained their lifetime guarantee on the work! I am so happy to have my vehicle back and can't believe how amazing of a job the Gerber Collision team did. I almost forgot to mention how impressed I was with the paint matching. Flawless! Excellent experience. Car was done early, work was very good, and the shop kept us informed every step of the way. The insurance company had underestimated the extent of the hail damage by a lot, but Josh was able to get the estimate updated in a day. When we picked it up, my wife noted that it looked better than the day we bought it. I can't say enough about how well the staff treated us.

Excellent service Kim was great to work with. They went beyond the door repair and fixed the other side as well after I tried to fix with clue, also cleaned up the door runner where I had a lot of oil/dirt from trying to keep door from freezing in winter. I recommend them to anyone.
