The service was the best I have ever recieved from the gal at the desk in the front to the repair men and the young man that took me to school and came to pick me up. They all wanted to make sure I was happy with everything they did. They did an amazing job and it looks like new. I will definately recommend them to family and friends.

Jennifer, As a 68 year old man with experiences with a multitude of customer service employees at a number of businesses, it is a pleasure for me to compliment the experience I have had with Mr. Doug Timmons as an estimator with Gerber Collision & Glass in Colorado Springs. It is enough to have to go through process and repair after an auto accident and the grief involved. Mr. Timmons was professional in his patience in guiding me through this process as I had many questions. He was polite, courteous, detailed and very thorough in his guidance and explanations.
