I had a great experience, the place was close to my house, the repairs were done within the time frame talked about and I was contacted several times from customer service to be updated on progress. I also had a great experience speaking with Justice, who helped me so much with my stereo that needed replacing. She was so amazing and helpful! Thank you, I will remember your place, I need more work done that hasn't been taken care of yet ;o)

I just had my car fixed at your location on 6700 W Colfax in Colorado. I was hit from behind and the repair cost were covered by the other drivers insurance company. I must say I will be recommending this location to friends. The repairs look great, the cost to repair the damage was reasonable (even though I did not pay for it) and the team you have working there had some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. They kept me updated over the 2 weeks it took to repair my car. I hope I will not have to go back any time soon but I will defiantly go back if I need repairs in the future. Great job on training and hiring at this location!!

I had a great experience with Gerber. I recently hit a deer and my front end was pretty destroyed. Gerber fixed everything and it all looks brand new, they even found damage unrelated to the deer incident and fixed that free of charge. Customer service was great and they kept their time table on repairs to the t. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Wow! Our Toyota Camry was like brand new when we picked it up after a major collision. The customer service was terrific and the body work and paint was first class. Highly recommend Gerber in Centennial for auto body work!

The staff at this location was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I was dealing with the nightmare of a stolen car being transported to this location and Kim constantly kept me in the loop and informed as to what was going on. Staff even helped me clean out my jeep when it arrived at the shop. They definitely went above and beyone. My Jeep ended up being totaled, but if myself or any of my friends need work done in the future Gerber Collision in Lakewood definitely has my business.

Just wanted to drop a note and let you know that Jennifer and her TEAM in Colorado Springs really stepped up and assisted in getting one of our mobile glass vans repaired after it was involved in an accident on X-Mas Eve. Jennifer and her TEAM did a FANTASTIC job in moving through this vehicle through production and completed the work well in advance of the projected completion time. So...this is definitely a WOW from the Glass Team to Jennifer and her Team for EXCEEDING our expectations!!!

Feed back for Workfile ID DA85B7D1 , RO200270872 Alisha and Julie were the most professional and helpful individuals that I have ever had the opportunity to work with for a auto collision. Alisha was the first face that represented your company and she was always ready to help with insuring that my needs were met. She called and ordered a rental car for me Enterprise showed up and she alerted me that they were here. Alisha was always very friendly and personable on every encounter. Julie was always there also to inform me of any changes. Julie preformed to a much higher standard than what I was expecting also. She made what was a really bad situation not seem to be that terrible at all. I was also very impressed with her ability to understand my attention to detail. Julie was also very friendly and personable. Between the two of these ... great gals I would have no reservation of referring any friends, family or just letting people know what a great shop Gerber Collision has down in Pueblo West, Colorado. I always tell my employees that it does not matter what you do good, it is what you do great to ensure that a customer has a positive experience and Gerber hit this experience out of the park. I want to commend Gerry who was my customer service representative. It's not often that you find someone who calls when he says will and ensures that my car was done on schedule. I appreciated his follow up and professionalism. He also helped submit all of my paperwork to SafeCo and get a car reserved through Enterprise. I felt like he went above and beyond and desires to be recognized. Gerber is lucky to have such a great employee. I was also pleased with the work done on my car.
