After driving our new 2013 Nissan Altima for only one week, we had an unfortunate encounter with a five foot piece of twisted metal on the highway which badly damaged the front bumper, fog lights and underneath the vehicle. Gerber Collision was able to schedule us for our collision repair work within three days of our contacting them. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and our vehicle looks like it did on the day of purchase. The paint match is perfect! The Gerber employees were very professional as well as pleasant. The shop was quite efficient. Thank you.

Darci who greeted me and started the work orders and Justice who coordinated the repairs were highly professional and always available to answer questions and ensure that the work was done correctly and on time. My Tacoma looks brand new, especially after the shop detailed both the outside, interior, and engine compartment. Justice accomodated one special request which did not change the cost, but made the truck, in my opinion look much better. They handled the insurance company quickly to make the turn around as short as possible. I would highly recommend this facility in the future and would take my truck back in the future, which I hope doesn't happen, but if it did I would return to Gerber. Please extend my thanks to both of these great employees, they deserve many kudos for the work they did. Thank you.

At first I was hesitant to use one of the recommended collision centers through USAA, as USAA is the insurer of the gentleman who hit me. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. They were friendly and courteous from the first phone call, got me in immediately, and had my car ready to go before they said it would be ready. They also took care of my rental car from Enterprise and returned it for me. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision to other people.

Completely satisfied with quality of work, and level of customer service. Was kept informed when they discovered more damage than previously estimated. Was even informed that if my car needs washing within the next 30 days I could bring it to them and they'd wash it for free (because of paint work that had to be done)! And Doug fixed the rattle coming from the lift gate- thanks Doug!!! My problem is not with workmanship or service. They smoke on the premises. So when I got my car back, it smelled inside, like a smoker's car, and that was disgusting. I've had it back just shy of a week, and it still stinks a bit. That part was disappointing.

the staff at this location was AMAZING!!!!! They went above and beyond to help me out with the nightmare of my stolen jeep. It got transported to Gerber Collision in Lakewood, and Kim kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Once the jeep arrived at the shop staff went out of their way to help me clean it out. (so gross!) All staff was very knowledgeable with the insurance process and were able to answer any questions I had. Although my jeep ended up totaled, if myself or any of my friends need work done in the future, Gerber Collision definitely has my business!! I highly recommend!
