My insurance recommended Gerber for repair on my 2002 bmw after I got into a small accident. I was very pleased by their customer service from the moment I dropped my car off to the day I picked it up. All employees were personable and easy to work with. They called frequently to keep me consistently updated on the repair work they were providing as well as estimated completion dates. Although, we had a slight hiccup with the insurance billing, everything was worked out painlessly! The work completed was absolutely astonishing. I am both surprised and more than pleased with the way everything came out. They refinished my front bumper, replaced my hood and lights and to top it off, fixed some trim on the outside and inside of my door. I appreciate all the hard work they have done on my car and it really shows how good of a job Gerber ... collision did! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. GREAT customer service and quality work. Gerber quickly evaluated the damage and began work. I appreciated the constant updates on the progress of repairs. They were able to seamlessly work with my insurance company which eased the burden during the collision repairs.

Overall excellent. Got the car back yesterday and it looks good. My one complaint so far is the difference in look from the new lights in comparison to the old! I know you can't replace both when only one is damaged...but it is very noticeable at least to me. A couple of tiny paint issues, but it looks great. Loved the text notifications! The people at the shop were wonderful, very friendly and extremely helpful. I think you did a great job! Thank you very much.

I had brought my vehicle in for some repairs, Justice Rich was our estimator. She was professional, honest and quick. She made sure every ding and dent was highlighted. She also coordinated a rental vehicle to cover the days that my vehicle was in the shop. Unfortunately the Colorado Blvd. location couldn't fit my vehicle in the schedule as soon as they had hoped, so Justice called me immediately and gave me options: 1. I could come and get my vehicle back and bring it back at a later time 2. I could stay in a rental an extra two days 3. they could have my vehicle transported to the Santa Fe location and start repairs that afternoon. After my vehicle was all repaired, it was transported back to the Colorado Blvd location where Justice was waiting for me. Together we went over the vehicle in detail. Justice went above and beyond her duties ... to make sure I was fully satisfied with the work done. She even had Dane, their repair guy, take a look with us. The customer service at this locations is 2nd to none!!! Thank you Justice for taking such good care of your customers! read more

Unfortunately, it was our second experience with the team at Gerber in Pueblo West. Everything was a pleasant experience from the front desk cheerful employee, Alicia, to the final inspection of our vehicle repairs. Kudos to Gerber in Pueblo West for hiring such a fine team.

Service was good, they seemed to know what they where doing. I have worked at a body shop for the past four years as the office manager in Alaska. So I have pretty good knowledge of how the process works and the time it should take for the repairs being done. Gerber gave me an estimate for a three day repair and had the car done in two which was great as I did not turn the damage into my insurance company so I was also paying for rental coverage as well so getting it done early saved me $45 in additional rental fees. I did ask for a small rock chip to be fixed on the drivers side door to be touched up but that was left untouched but with getting the car done early I feel made missing that somewhat ok. I would recommend Gerbercollision in Pueblo Colorado.

This is my second experience with Gerber Collision and Glass at So. Dawson Circle. All the employees at S. Dawson Circle are most attentive, gracious, courteous, helpful, friendly, efficient and very professional. The rooms, including the restrooms are very clean, orderly, pleasing and comfortable. The waiting time to see and adjuster is short. They explain the problems, the options, the approximate time to complete the work and keep you informed along the way. It is a pleasure doing business with them and would recommend Gerber C. & G. to anyone needing automobile repair work.

"Jake was great! I was rear ended in a hit and run the day before leaving for a month long road trip. They got me in the next morning before we left and let me pick any day when I returned to drop my car. There was additional damage that I found after the estimate and Jake knew right away it was related to the accident and updated the estimate accordingly. They had the direct billing with State Farm set up before I even dropped the car! I loved the frequent text message updates, especially the one that said "Your Subaru is ready to come home!". I'd absolutely recommend them to a friend!"
