Customer Service was great. Everyone that we encountered was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They explained everything that had to be repaired. They kept us updated on their progress and they worked with our insurance in the same manner. We just got our car back, and we are very pleased at this point. Great company.

Well first off, I'd have to say that it was unfortunate that my car had to pay a visit to a collision shop. However if I had to take my car again, I wouldn't take it anywhere else. From the moment I walked in they swarmed asking how they could help. It was a comforting experience especially since I was so mad that someone had wrecked into me. But they handled everything and I feel they exceeded my expectations. All in all, if I had to do this again, I wouldn't go anywhere else and would definitely send others there. Thank you again Gerber!

The team at Gerber was amazing , especially Alisha. They worked with my sister since she was off to get repairs completed. Went the extra mile to make sure she had rides home, worked on car rental and with insurance company. Kept us up to date on everything. When we go the car back there was an issue and they took care of it immediately at their cost since the insurance company declined to pay and it should have been part of the original repair. I will recommend Gerber to everyone. I cant say enough about the quality of customer service. I work in customer service and my sis is manager in customer service and everyone we came in contact with exemplified what stellar customer service should be . Thank you Gerber.

Thsi was my second experience with Gerber over the recents 6 months or so. I was pleased with my first experience which is why I went back to Gerber a ssceond time. I was pleased withteh communications keeping me posted on teh status. I knwo Progressive insuraanc ( company for the other party) attempted to use recondiitoned parts on a 30 day old car. Workign with Jason , we wer able to get Progressive to use the new parts,. This casued a delay in completeing the job. but we got it completed the right way.
