Excellent customer service. The description of the damage and what was necessary to repair it was very clear. The repair work was fantastic----the car looked almost better than new. I was able to make an appointment for the day after I called and the work, including getting parts/fenders, was completed in only 4 days. I have never had an auto shop perform this well. I wish they could do all my auto work!!! Rob, Dale, and Drew did really great work and I enjoyed working with the manager, Jennifer. Thanks everybody there.

This was my first experience with Gerber Collision & Glass company. I must say, the customer service was exceptional and the total time for the work from start to finish was great. The quality of work was above reproach. I felt more than comfortable with Gerber, as they helped me through the entire process. The quality of service was outstanding and I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately, my wife's vehicle was damaged. The same type of accident within two months. Just like my last vehicle damaged this was damaged as well. First, when the owner who damaged our vehicle informed us she was with Allstate, I made sure when my wife called the insurance agency, they delt with Gerber. Gerber recently fixed another vehicle of mine and I was more than pleased with their service. Again, the service was exceptional, exceeding our expectations. I must say, Gerber is professional, curtious, customer oriented, and the best as far as I am concerned at what they do. My wife and I was happy with the results and feel more than comfortable recommending Gerber. I appreciate their service; TOP NOTCH.

Well first off, I'd have to say that it was unfortunate that my car had to pay a visit to a collision shop. However if I had to take my car again, I wouldn't take it anywhere else. From the moment I walked in they swarmed asking how they could help. It was a comforting experience especially since I was so mad that someone had wrecked into me. But they handled everything and I feel they exceeded my expectations. All in all, if I had to do this again, I wouldn't go anywhere else and would definitely send others there.
