Love your team here at this location - they all work amazing together and get the customer helped no matter what. They let me know my cars status all through the process and finished 2 weeks ahead of time. Yes i know they can take time to get the car in the shop initially but all places are that way and the fact that they finished well ahead of time was the best Christmas surprise a customer could ask for. Thank you Gerber! If i have to ever have work done again (lets pray i dont) you are who i trust :)

The only HONEST repair shop in Grand Junction. All the others LIED to me about the availability of parts which resulted in a much higher price than Ashton J. was able to quote. He even saved me HUNDERDS of dollars on top of that. A simple fender bender ... two dented doors and a dented rear bumper ... in short, my 2017 Legacy looks BETTER than it did when it was new. I can't thank Chris and his team for the great repair job on my car earlier this year. Chris was also amazing when I had some damage to the passenger door this November. He asked me to run the car in so he could look at the damage. After looking at the damage, he took my car for a few minutes. When he returned with the car, the damages, which were superficial, yet looked awful were virtually gone. He was so gracious in taking the time to help me at that moment. It saved me so much time, headache and red tape. What a lovely an act of kindness. I highly recommend Gerber Collision. Chris is a man of integrity and highly professional.

I don't know why this business doesn't have 5 stars, but I would definitely give it 5 stars; As well as recommend it. I don't hope I have to come back for another issue with my car, but if one occurs because life happens, I'd gladly come back to here! Alicia and her team were by far amazing!!! Alicia was remarkable with communication throughout the work process of my car from start to finish. She communicated on the days she said she would and if I reached out to her with any questions, she was responsive and knowledgeable of where everything was and that status. She is/was very genuine and honest. I truly appreciate the great communication (which is a very rear thing to find now adays), it helped me not worry and gave me comfort that my car was in great hands; when I picked it up, I can honestly say it truly was! The outside of my car ... looked brand new! You couldn't even tell any damage was done to it! They did a remarkable job! The inside of my car was nice and clean as well. Alot nicer than when it was towed to them. I was happy to have my car back back, but when I saw it (inside and out) I really appreciate all of the members who worked on my car and made it look terrific! Again, thank you all for your hatd work and all that you did and continue to do! You all are ROCKSTARS!
