I went to Gerber, because it was highly recommended, and asked them to look at a scrape on my front fender. Amy got someone to come out and look at it right away--- Darin came out and "cleaned it " with ...something. All fixed, it was not a dent, just a scrape and he fixed it in 5 minutes. WOW!! Talk about service. I am so appreciative and will recommend Gerber to everyone!! Thank you!! Ardee

After my car was hit from behind, while my family was visiting Colorado Springs, the vehicle was taken to Gerber. Everyone there was fantastic! Sarah, the manager, helped ease my mind after my panicky phone call. She was so helpful and kind all through this process and continues to reach out to offer assistance. Erik was phenomenal! He talked me through each step of the process, always being patient, friendly and kind with my many questions during multiple phone conversations. I was 1800 miles away from my sons (who had been in the car at the time of the accident) and was extremely upset. Erik was always calm and helped me to see things in a new perspective. The employees at this shop are a great example of how to treat customers, as they are professional, courteous and helpful. Thanks to them, I will always use Gerber Collision and Glass ... when those types of repairs are needed. read more
