I worked with Robert E. throughout my claim. He was extremely helpful and had excellent customer service. He fulfilled my expectations as promised. He gave me updates on my vehicle and the process twice a week and assured that if I had any issues or needed anything to not hesitate to give him a call. I was completely satisfied each time I got off the phone. I could not be any happier with their service. Even after my car left the shop, I had an issue and called them back and they were more than willing to have me bring the car back and get it worked on. My car looks beautiful. I had managed (in the process of getting into a very skinny condo garage to bang my left front and right rear fenders. My car now looks beautiful. On their last test drive before returning they had a minor (?) accident with it and at their cost repaired all damage. My car looks brand new.
