I would highly recommend this Gerber Collision Shop in Clinton Twp, Mi. My Estimator, Derek B was outstanding. He answered all my questions and gave me sound advice regarding my car. Derek went above and beyond, in my opinion and I felt comfortable with his recommendations . The service staff were very friendly and they actually made me feel "At Home" in their waiting room. Very caring group of people,which is rare now days. In addition, the turn around time was very exceptional . My car was done in 2 days instead of the estimated time of 5 days. I was jumping like a jack rabbit ! And so very,very, happy. The finished work was beautiful and it felt like I drove away from this shop in a new car. Thank you again so much for your excellent hospitality and work. 20 Stars in my book !!

I brought my vehicle to Gerber for the first time. I was very happy with the customer service I received! From the girls at the front desk to my estimator Taylor. Taylor kept me informed during the repairs and I received my vehicle back looking better than before! Also hats of to the techs who repaired and painted the vehicle as well. Over all I wouldn't ever go anywhere else! GERBER it top of the line! Thank you all!!!

Excellent work, I would highly recommend this company. Thanks to Evan who was awesome, very professional, friendly and helpful and he made the process very easy. No stress, no worries. Explained everything from start to finish. My car was in excellent condition and washed when work was completed and returned back to me. Very customer friendly company. Excellent work, had a accident with my passenger mirror. Took it to Gerber they did a estimate ordered the mirror painted it then I went in had it installed in less than 15 Minutes. I had complete good service from Gerber. They called me more than anyone in any business has in the past. From start up, within 20 minutes of the accident scene to the final week of repairs saying, "Your car is ready". Taylor S handled my case including estimate, explaining more damage may be found once getting into the behind the obvious wreckage, and the cost dealings with State Farm Insurance. The body work was done and the entire car was cleaned so it now looks better than it has in a few years. And, all my questions were answered directly and completely. The work was done, and though I can't pinpoint it, it seems like they went beyond what I expected. I have no complaints because there was nothing to complain about. Thank you Gerber!

Derek looked over the car . Seen what damage was done . Told me what needs to be done to fix my car. how long it would take and cost also let me Know what I had to pay if anything.They were polite, and curious.and fast. I enjoyed doing business with Gerber. Coffee and Popcorn was a nice touch .
