I cannot believe how well I was treated on a repaint/ warranty repair!! Derek is one of the best at customer service that I've ever seen, and I've been in customer service my whole life ( 68 yrs) !!!! My truck looked a lot better when I picked it up than it did when I bought it!! It was done earlier than promised and looks fantastic!! Than you very much!!!

Gerber did a great job with my 2004 vibe. Someone threw something at my back window and I needed a lift gate. The price was reasonable I am going back to change my head lights my headlights. Roda P. was the best. She informed me every step of the way as to what was going on with the car. She didn't just text me she called me on my cell and if she didn't get me she left a message and told me to call back if I didn't understand the message. She really took care of me. She didn't just look for the most expensive parts she order according to what I could afford. Even the labor charges weren't over priced. I would recommend this place to all my friends. Gerber, you are the best to me.

We had some body work done to our Cadillac Escalade. The work completed with painting and trim was great. Staff was very informed and never done business with an organization that kept you as informed on work to be done and progress as they followed through during our service. Delivery of our car was great and went over every detail of the work completed. Our car was washed including interior cleaned and looked great. I would recommend them for any work that is needed that would utilize their expertise in body work and painting. Could not notice any difference and looked just like we left the showroom at the dealer. Could not praise the staff enough on the great job they completed and sure there were many involved and can see they take great pride in what they accomplish.

The timeline for repair was very realistic and done completely to my satisfaction. I received multiple updates on the status of my vehicle throughout the repair period. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good repair experience.

I had 2 BB pellet dents in my door and they made it look brand new cant even tell where it was let alone whereit was painted...they bent my molding for my window but replaced it before they called me n told me my car was done...and my car was done 1 day ahead of time!!...so happy and cant beat that lifetime warranty!...thanks Hector for taking car of my car...

Hector and his team did a high quality repair in a faster than anticipated time frame. Workmanship was excellent, vehicle looks as good as the day we drove it off the lot. Great paint match. Would highly recommend this location to anyone needing collision repairs.

I was very pleased with Hectors excellent service and concerns for our repair experience to be as quick and pleasant as possible. AWESOME service, from the first time I walked in the door until my truck was finished. I went in to get an estimate before I called my ins. co. and they scheduled me an appt. to get that done. They were considerate of my needs and time. When I called ins. and asked them to use Gerber I was pleased to know that it was on the approved easy list from State Farm. That process made it so easy. Gerber called me to schedule the painting. The process to drop off and get a rental were so simple. The BEST part is I was coming from Orlando to pick up my truck, THE NEXT DAY, (now that's service!) I was 5 minutes late getting to Gerber but the man on duty opened the door and let me pick up my truck, drop off the rental and he was so very kind and considerate. Brought my 2014 f150 pick up for body work from an accident and they were quick to fix everything. After I picked it up and they did the alignment and bumper work I noticed some issues I called them up as I noticed it they said bring it in and we will take a look . I brought my vehicle in for repair for a bent bumper. I needed a replacement for the bumper of my 2012 Kia Sorrento which cost over $200.00. The part was ordered and I was notified when the part arrived at the shop. I came with my four year old daughter and I was told it would take a few hours. I was not prepared to wait that long and I expressed my concern to Hector. He disappeared and in a very short time my vehicle was ready and repaired beautifully. In practically no time, my daughter and I were on our way again. Gerber Collision, Clermont FL, does the BEST work around. They totally rebuilt the front, from left fender to right fender, of my 2013 Black Cherry Kia Soul after the car was wrecked on a rainy Monday morning. Called and said the car was being towed straight to the shop. Manager Derek and his staff took excellent care of me, my son, and my car. Just can't say enough good stuff about them. They made sure to get all Kia parts, and even replaced the windshield.
