I was very impressed with the service on Monday January 15th. I had an issue where my front bumper was falling off my mother-in laws 2012 Honda accord due accident with an oil change service at another location. I just needed to get it lined up and re-attached. A young man came out and looked at and took it back to his technician to see if he could fix quickly. He came back with my car in approximately 15 minutes with it all fixed. I offered to pay and he insisted no charge. I was truly impressed and will continue to go here for auto body service on all my cars. I wish I had gotten his name he is a great representation of this location.

Service call was great at the Clermont Location. I need to have a piece of trim attached. I was in and out in a flash. Service person "Gator" took the car on time and It was finished and cleaned up in a giffy! Thanks so much Gator!

On Tuesday, May 31 I was lucky enough to get estimator, Tim Ferris, to look at my car for the damage it sustained during Central Florida's recent hailstorm. I had a lot of questions, which I am sure he has heard repeatedly from other clients...but for me, I needed answers...and Tim was friendly, informative, professional, and patient in helping me understand what my options were. Not only Tim, but everyone I met at Gerber was more than helpful and professional.

I took my car in to see if they could repair a door that got jammed when a strong wind blew it open. Within minutes, they came back and said 'repaired.' To my amazement, they also said "no charge." Took our car in thought they were going to have it for 3 days. Gator called us and they had the car ready in 4 hours. Now that is what you call GREAT service. If you need service for your vehicle call Gerber ask for Gator and he will take good care of you and your vehicle.

Great job on our truck! It looks like new again! And they cleaned and shinned the whole vehicle, it looks beautiful! Tania was great with communication always keeping me updated with phone calls and texts. Always got answers to any questions I may have had. Kevin did a wonderful job going over the vehicle with us at pickup. We are super happy with the service, job and time it took. I would highly recommend them for work and customer service! Someone sideswiped the rear bumper of my 2013 Cadillac CTS. It was very upsetting to me because I have had the car since it was brand new. One of the things that attracted me to the car was the Diamond White Tri-Coat Pearl paint. After the incident I contacted my insurance company and they referred me to Gerber Collision in Clermont. I am so happy they did. My experience with the folks at Gerber was a pleasant one from estimate right up to the completion of the repairs and repainting. I have never experienced such great customer service and communication as I did with Gerber...especially Kevin E...my estimator. Kevin called me every afternoon to let me know the progress of the repairs. That was truly appreciated. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing expert body repairs and or painting. Got our car back in time allotted and we were totally please with the repair. From start to finish, the entire crew were very professional but really down to earth friendly and it felt like dealing with family. Chris, our handler, could not have been better in keeping us informed on progress and wonderful on follow thur. The front office staff , Lead by Tanya was super in their jobs. Thanks also to the behind the scenes guys who made our car look perfect again. If you choose any other collision service on the market you are backing up and don't care about great service.
