My Mini Cooper came out looking like it came off the factory line. Not only was it repaired immaculately, but they took the time to even buff out most of the door dings and scratches, not part of the 'repair' order. It was finished early, the front office staff could not have been more helpful - Amanda and Madison - and they kept me notified by text of my car's progress. I received a warranty for the service for the life of my owning the car. Fantastic experience.

This is my second time using Gerber for collision repair. Both experiences have been fantastic. The staff is more than happy to answer questions and explain the process. I was able get an estimate done the same afternoon as my accident. The repairs look flawless. I'll definitely use Gerber in the future and will always recommend Gerber to my friends and family. They even replaced my brake light at no charge...and I loved that my car was returned REALLY clean. Sam R. helped me with the final walkaround and he was wonderful. My car was involved in a hit and run shortly before I was scheduled to leave on vacation. I brought my car in to the Halsted location and was approached at the front counter by Rick. I later found out that he is the General Manager of this location. He put me at ease and assured me that my car was in good hands and that his team would bring my car back to it's original glory. Got a call while I was on my trip letting me know my car was ready. Came back to town, went in that day and wow! We paid our deductible, signed a document and Rick had the car pulled up. Took all of about 10 minutes. The car was shining and reminded me of the day I picked it out at the showroom. He went over the work that was done, thanked us for our business and sent us on our way with a hand shake.
