My name is Gilda and I will go to Gerber Collision whenever I have to. In my opinion, Gerber is at the top of their game, the very top. The mechanic that worked with me was Sam. He kept me updated on a daily basis. He was so educated that I didn't have to ask him any questions. Once or twice, I needed to call Sam and he returned my calls within five minutes. The tow truck was here within five min utes,,,,,a flatbed. This may sound like a farce, however every word is true. Sam's tone never changed. He is a professional,couteous, and a gentlemen. Gerber Collision and Sam ROCK!!!

Hello, my name is Gilda Simon-Medley. Approximateley one month ago, my truck was hit in front of my home. The other driver didn't stop,and I was left with a damaged Envoy Denali XL. I was hurt even though my truck is a a material object, however it was mine. Sam from Gerber stepped in, dried my tears, and gave me his word that everything would be alright. Sam kept his word. I received a daily report from Sam. I was not a claim number, was a human being. Not only was Sam a true professional, he was pure gentleman. Gerber is the place to go. There were luxery vehicles there at the shop also. Sam returned every single call that I made to him. He is a very busy man, but never too busy for his customers. The service from Gerber was outstanding. Raul Rodriguez in particular was great. He was attentive and kept me updated with the progress on our car. Our insurance company was a pain, but Gerber handled their end beautifully and helped keep the insurance company at arm's length. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and it looks like we have a new car. Highly recommend!

During a blizzard, my car windows were destroyed by flying debris, and the interior was blanketed with snow. I had no prior experience with this degree of repairs, and I didn't know what to expect, but between Gerber and my insurance company, the process and repairs turned into a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff and quality work were much appreciated during such a frustrating ordeal. Thank you!

Courtesy, Repair Work, Caring on the part of Sam, your rep who took care of my repair was a 10 our of 10. Maybe an 11 out of 10. I have had Mercedes, Porsches and even had a friend bring his Rolls Royce into your Halsted Shop, Chgo, due the consistent perfect repairs and outstanding service offered me. I commend you on running a totally professional business, caring about its customers.

I had a very good experience with Gerber Collision. From the estimate until pickup, I felt like Sam kept me properly updated. Repair looked great. Hated taking my clean car out into the blizzard.

The estimator, Raul, at the Lakeview location went out of his way to anticipate my every need including making reservation for a rental and gaining approval from my insurance company. I was most impressed when I picked up the car as it was spotless inside and out, truly looked like a new car.
