Matt and the entire team at Gerber in Chicago were simply outstanding to work with. Everyone was incredibly helpful, polite, friendly, and professional. I appreciated how Gerber goes out of their way to respect my time and keep me informed. Matt in particular was professional and helpful, and worked with me rather than talking at me (an experience I've had at other body shops). I'll definitely recommend Gerber and be back if I need further repairs on my vehicle.

I brought my 2014 subaru legacy there after it was hit by another person. I was welcomed by Jenny (the front desk receptionist) who was very helpful and nice. Laura Schwann was my estimator and was in constant contact with me through the whole process. She was very friendly and helpful as well. She had an estimate ready for me within 20 minutes of bringing my car there the first time. When my car was ready within 24 hours which was great! I was working on Saturday when it was finished, so Laura said that I could pick it up on Monday morning without any problem and I was allowed to keep the rental over the weekend because the shop was closed on Sunday. I picked up my car on Monday morning without any issues. Since my car was in the shop over the weekend, it was dusty so they were nice enough to wash it again. They even cleaned the inside ... so it looked like my car had been detailed. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and every one of my interactions with everyone there was positive. I would recommended this location to anyone who needs work on their vehicle. Jenny and Laura are awesome! read more

I have had great service at this location. They have taken good care of me and not taken advantage of me either. I had some work done, which I was having to pay for. We thought I was going to need an expensive part replaced to fix the issue. It turned out that all I needed was a $30 belt replaced, which is what I was told and everything works wonderfully now.
