Tom Roznowski provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, expedient, and knowledgeable regarding the necessary repairs. He was also very good at communicating, and kept me apprised of the repair status via email. Additionally, the assistant at the front desk was a pleasure (blonde, Eastern Europesn accent :)).

The rear bumper on my BMW 328xi was in dire need of repair after being hit. You all were recommended to me, so I decided to give it a shot. Having just picked up my car today, I can say with 100% certainty that you are THE place to go for top tier service. From the moment I arrived, I was treated in a professional and courteous manner, and I was kept well-informed about the repair process every step of the way. The service manager I worked with, Tom, really made it a point to make my car look brand new again. Hopefully I don't get hit again, but if I do, I'll be back in a second. This is my second time visiting this location and my experience was incredibly positive. I was most impressed by Concetta who completed my estimate rather quickly and helped me navigate a couple of my insurance questions. Concetta was friendly and knowledgeable! I received my car a day earlier than promised which was a nice surprise as well.

Gerber replaced my Volvo’s broken rear taillight and repaired the damaged body after someone hit the car while it was parked. It is impossible to see the repair, and the paint job is a perfect match. I appreciate the personal service that Concetta Hutton, the Gerber Estimator, gave me. She even sent a photo of the taillight to the supplier to make sure it was the correct one. The car was washed and cleaned on the inside, and ready for pick-up exactly when she said it would be. Thanks to all those skilled/professional Gerber employees for doing such a great job and saving my Volvo.
