Our car looks beautiful! A special shout-out for Chris, our customer service rep. Unfortunately, more damage was found after the mechanics started working on our vehicle. Chris sent multiple texts and made multiple phone calls to ensure I was well-informed and to answer any questions. Chris also took the extra steps to accelerate our car's completion as I needed it to go out of town. It truly was excellent customer service from the start to the finish!

Gerber service was great ! Love the regular phone call updates on the status of my vehicle. Service was quick, and when there was an issue, they pulled my vehicle back in and addressed it, and got my vehicle back to me within minutes. Other than the close proximity to my residence, this is why I always pick Gerber.

Someone had hit the drivers side of my SUV and left a long line along the side. Israel from Gerber was able to buff it out with some lacquer thinner which was fantastic! He did a great job and there service is fantastic. Thank you Gerber!

Derek B. was awesome as there was delays no one could have predicted. .. weather, flooding etc. There were some initial confusion with the insurance. Derek was patient and I always felt he was doing his best to get my car fixed and back to me. He called the care rental to let them know that the repairs were delayed and I was still using the rental. I walk with a cane and this was very important to me. This was the second time in twenty years I used Gerber and each time I was super please. Derek deserves a raise or promotion! Thanks Gerber!
