I was completely satisfied with the service I received. Everyone I spoke with was cordial and straight to the point regarding my auto. I appreciated the phone calls on updates as to the progress of the repairs to keep me informed. I only wish that I had taken photos of the before and after to show the great job that was done. I will highly recommend Gerber to anyone in need .

The did a great job in terms of fixing the bumper and sideview mirror. I think calling back when they say they will needs to be better in a more timely manner. And another minor thing it was supposedly suppose to be done on a friday and had to be extended so it messed up some plans over the weekend.
