Ron and everyone at Gerber did an amazing job repairing my car. Fast, friendly, and tremendously helpful at explaining the process and what work was involved. This was not the first time (big sigh) that my family has had my car repaired here (including 2 my son totaled). It is a well-run organization with great service!

Very happy with the hole experience, took 5 days instead of 2 days. The computor sent me message to pick up car one day later, then they said. Found out the computor was the one sending me all the tex messages. Lupe Gonzalez was. nice to work with. Also very nice to have the rent a car/ enterprize very nice also.

I am beyond satisfied with the service I received. All staff was polite and professional. The 2 a week updates via text and email is the thing I probably liked best. It is always nice to know at what stage in the repair process your car is. I'd recommend Gerbercollision to anyone.
