The people at Gerber did amazing. After an accident made my vehicle look like new. Super friendly customer service. Quick service and great updates on vehicle status. I had a small issue with the vehicle after I picked it up. I took it back it and they fixed it super quick with no charge. Overall awesome job.

First and foremost, everyone employed at this establishment is WONDERFUL and made the entire process as smooth as possible. I brought in my car after someone hit it in a parking lot while I was at work. I was so worried about the whole process of everything, given that I'm a young woman who knows nothing about cars, but the staff was so welcoming and explanatory that the worry washed right away. Emily, the woman who corresponded with me through emails and did my original intake, is a godsend. I couldn't get through to state farm and she got on the line and fixed everything effortlessly. She was so nice throughout the entire process and I appreciate her endlessly. Always responded to any questions or concerns promptly, above all customer service. Joe, the gentleman who ran my estimate, was so pleasant and explanatory as well with the ... continuous updates on my vehicle. Bill, the gentleman who drove me over to enterprise after intake, is such a kind soul who did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my mess of a car, wow! Tim, the gentleman who worked on my car, did an EXEMPLARY job. When I first came out to see the vehicle at pick up, it looked brand new! You cannot even tell it was in an accident. Of course, a big shout out to Ron as well for his oversight and his welcoming customer service. I am so beyond grateful for the generosity and care this team has taken in getting this resolved for me. If I could, I'd give everyone single one of them a raise for their dedication and hard work. I highly urge any upper management to take their hard work and exemplary customer service into consideration towards their compensation. From a young woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I was never made to feel lesser than or an inconvenience.
