The people at Gerber did amazing. After an accident made my vehicle look like new. Super friendly customer service. Quick service and great updates on vehicle status. I had a small issue with the vehicle after I picked it up. I took it back it and they fixed it super quick with no charge. Overall awesome job.

First and foremost, everyone employed at this establishment is WONDERFUL and made the entire process as smooth as possible. I brought in my car after someone hit it in a parking lot while I was at work. I was so worried about the whole process of everything, given that I'm a young woman who knows nothing about cars, but the staff was so welcoming and explanatory that the worry washed right away. Emily, the woman who corresponded with me through emails and did my original intake, is a godsend. I couldn't get through to state farm and she got on the line and fixed everything effortlessly. I took my 2024 Lexus UX 250h to Gerber in Chesterton after I hit a deer. I took it there even though it was far from my home because Tim K. is the best body man around. He did an outstanding job repairing my car. I am very happy with the way Tim repaired my car. You can't even tell that I was in an accident. I would definitely use Gerber again and would be more than happy to drive out of my way to have Tim K. repair my car. Somebody had hit my passenger side door and I thought it would need to be re painted. Joe B. came out looked at it and said he could probably fix it right there. He rubbed it with fluid and got it out so you do not even see it. I have used these guys in the past and would highly recommend them to everyone. They are really pros at what they do.

We have not had to have body shop work done on a vehicle in more than 50 years. I cannot commend Gerber Porter/Chesterton Indiana enough. Emily made it easy to get started and was there for any questions or concerns. She also arranged a rental car for us. Joe the manager scrutinize the Ford Escape and was able to detect damage we did not even see. He walked us through the procedure. He told us up front there would be a wait. Two times a week, we were informed on the progress of our vehicle. Kept up to date When we picked up the Escape it looked showroom new. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
