Wonderful staff, every one of them i dealt with was very helpful, patient, and kind. Couldn't have been any happier with the service. There was a little confusion with the responsible insurance company and they were very helpful and patient in getting it resolved. Every question i had was answered promptly and satisfactorily. The ease of pick up and drop off of the rental was also great thanks to their assistance. The repair work on my vehicle was outstanding and was completed in a very reasonable amount of time.

I was in an accident, it was not my fault. This made everything I would have to go through a little irritating. Gerber, in Cedar Lake took all the effort out of the equation. I took my car to their office. They helped me get a rental. I was told it would be ready on Wednesday. It was ready on Monday. The work was done beautifully and all I had to do was drop off the rental with them and pick up my car. I found it to be a great experience, as everyone I dealt with was extremely nice.
