After getting estimates from 2 other repair shops where I was told maybe we will have to replace the front bumper and maybe this and possibly that ,your person immediately said we will replace the front bumper and side panel and possibly the light. He was so knowledgeable and experienced that I immediately chose Gerber. They did an excellent job and I am very happy.

I was very impressed on how easy this process was. Kim is amazing in customer service, very professional to say the least. I also noticed how well she treats other staff that works there and the patients and understanding she has with other customers that can be difficult. She is definitely an asset to a place like this. This place is outstanding!! Customer service is impeccable, Kim is a true asset! There were a couple of issues in the beginning, but all was resolved in a very professional and friendly manner. Will absolutely use (if needed), and recommend them in the future.
