Marty went above and beyond to accommodate us. Linda, the manager, and her team have done a fabulous job taking care of us. Please don't make the same mistake my husband did filling out the survey sent to him. He marked average on the job stating he would fill out another survey once he saw it in person, as we were away. Come to find out you can only fill out one survey and Marty and his team should have received a 10 for their work. The survey my husband filled out did not reflect the work actually completed and we regret that it reflected poorly on the team. Great job guys! Sorry for the miscommunication and thank you.

The body shop did an excellent job with my rear end damage (paid for by insurance) and removing the rust spot and repainting my front fender (self paid). They did a great job communicating the status of my repairs including the delay in receiving parts and making sure I didn't need a rental car. Staff was friendly, professional and seemed to care about doing the job right the first time. I'm extremely happy with the finished product..

Outstanding job on the repair of my wife's Lexus. Insurance Co wanted to "Total" her car due to it's age, 01. Convinced Insurance company that car was in excellent shape and she loved the car. With the great assistance of Gerber, we were able to convince insurance that the car was worth the repair. They completed work on time, looks like knew. Entire staff in Cape Coral were very professional, pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them for all you collision needs

This facility was awesome from the initial appointment with Martin for the "walk around" to completion. Heather up front was great. Everything was arranged from the rental to believe it or not, a cleaning of the inside of my car. That was unexpected as there was no damage inside the car. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a repair or just needs a smile!!!!!

They were very professional, friendly, and helpful. My car was still driveable, so they did an estimate first so I would have my car back sooner. They phoned hertz to come pick me up. They were so friendly too.
