Illinois - My experience with Gerber was absolutely horrible. My appointment was scheduled for today, and the representative did not give me a timeframe for my appointment until 10:45 AM TODAY. The timeframe I was given was 11AM - 5PM. That's a big window, but it's fine considering the representative noted the times I would be unavailable. I let her know I could not schedule an appointment past 4:00. I expressed to her that if this wasn't possible I would need to reschedule. She made it very clear she would let the technicians know. Your technicians arrived at 4:56 PM. After they did not arrive before 4, I was on hold with your customer service line for 35 minutes before giving up. I am extremely disappointed with Gerber and, based on the horrible communication provided by your employees, have thus cancelled my appointment and rescheduled ... with SafeLite. I have also let State Farm know of my dissatisfaction, and the State Farm branch of Coal City, Illinois will no longer be scheduling appointments for customers with Gerber. read more

Colorado - Great customer service and windshield installation. Stayed in contact for appointment and showed up on time with OEM glass. I go through 1-2 windshields per year and always trust Gerber. Johnny Romero (in Colorado) did a great job and will I pass on his info for future reference.

Colorado - We had a windshield installed on our 96 mustang July 19, 2013 and the technician cut through some wires around thr windshield and now we have no speedometer, radio, dome light, door locks, or trunk release. I will have to take the car to a garage to get the wiring fixed!
