Colorado - Excellent service! John Romero our technician was outstanding and professional in every way. He provided extra service by sanding and priming some additional rust beyond the mating surface of the windshield to the frame. It looks great. He did a superior job quickly and well. We highly recommend him!!

Colorado - Thank you for the great service. I am usually not the one to take the time to submit feedback, however this time I could not help but feel the need to comment. John Romero was the technician who arrived at my home to replace two of our vehicles windshields. From the get go he was friendly, kind, considerate, and willing to take the time to answer my questions. He worked very efficiently while paying very close attention to detail. He is an amazing professional and obviously a very experienced and skilled technician. He did an absolutely awesome job. As long as employees like John are valued by your organization, you will undoubtably get all of my business and all the people I hear of needing your services, they will get my referral to you. Kudos to John Romero!!!!.

Washington - I went to Gerber Collision because of their preferred status with my Insurance Company, Farmers. I'm so glad I did! My first phone contact was with Josh. He was polite, friendly, businesslike and accommodating from the very beginning of the process. They were able to get me in right away to assess the damages and securely attach my bumper so it was safe to drive while we waited for the parts to arrive. As I drove away in my clean (Thank you SO much) and beautifully fixed car, I thought to myself, never again will I waste time going from shop to shop. Gerber will always be my first choice, and I will recommend them to all my friends and family!

Georgia - I brought my R350 in for collision repair to Gerber, per Liberty Mutual recommendations. Gerber did an excellent job on the repair. The only problem I had is someone broke the knob that opens my moonroof and the manager told Liberty mutual that it was broken when I brought it in. Overall, my car was repaired and Kimberly was very professional and very good at her job. Thanks to all for the great work!

Oklahoma - "I recently got an online quote for getting my windshield replaced on my 2012 Xterra. The process was pretty quick and easy and I got a quote for 185.94. I received a followup call from one of your representatives to see if I wanted to go ahead and schedule the appointment. I was also told that they bettered my quote and gave me an updated price of 184.43. I held off scheduling right away as you were the first people I had requested a quote from and I wanted to see how everyone else compared. You weren't the cheapest and you weren't the most expensive, but I decided to go ahead and have you do the install so I scheduled the appointment. Now it comes to day of install and I get my call to verify that I have an appointment today and she goes over all the details. Everything sound great until she gets to the price. It has now ... changed to 237.17. So when I questioned her about it, she put me on hold to check it out. She came back and told me that when the original CSR had done the quote, she had picked window that was zeroed out and the cost for the windshield was still going to be 237.17. There was some back and forth, but she stuck with the other CSR error and the price would be 237.17. I conveyed my disappointment and ultimately ended up cancelling my appointment. I'm disappointed about how this all came about. I can understand if there was a mistake and something was misquoted, but I would have expected a call prior to the day of install stating that there was an issue. If I had received that information when I called to make the appointment, I probably would have still gone ahead and scheduled it with your company. What I actually expected was to have her say, "I'm sorry we misquoted you, but it is our mistake and we will honor the original quote." That did not happen. Now I'm kind of stuck disappointed about how i think this situation was handled, having taken a day off of work to get this taken care of, and now having to find another company to replace my window... all over $50. I will be sure to relay my experience with Gerber to anyone I know who is looking to have windshield repair done." read more

Colorado - I had a windshield replaced by Gerber Glass. John Romero was the technician. He was prompt, friendly,had a great sense of humor and did an excellent job. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who needs a windshiled replacement.

Indiana - I put a small scratch on the rear bumper of my new Acura. The repair was paid for out of pocket. I was apprehensive as to whether the paint would match, but as it turned out, my concerns were unwarranted. The technician (Pete Rimmel) performed a very professional repair. I could not have happier and would highly recommend Gerber.
