Illinois - My experience at the Skokie location with David, was great. He called me on every update and made me feel secure about the timeline of the repairs. He was extremely informative on the mechanics of the car regarding what and why these parts needed to be replaced. Illinois - I went to the Gerber collision & glass on Halsted in Chicago.I was nervous and apprehesive at first but Franiciso explained everything to me. He even called my insurance company to verify the amount of the deductible I had to pay, I called him wirh additional questions I had a few hours later he was very pleasant about answering them. Everyone there was very courteous and professional.Plus my car looks superb, Thanks Gerber colision & glass!!
